Hampton Inn Los Angeles Int'l Airport/Hawthorne

Excellent location near to the airport and close to major routes. Hotel was clean and comfortable, room was a good size, shower room spacious with lots of hot water. Particularly liked the coffee maker and the night light in the bathroom.

Hotel was easy to access by rental car and was centrally located for all of my travels. Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and able to answer all questions. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless with good amenities. Everything seemed recently upgraded. Breakfast had excellent choices, was nicely presented and prepared, and available until 10:00 AM, which was longer than most other hotels. Staff kept all food available and eating area spotless. Parking was easily accessible and ample. Check-out was quick and correct.

The hotel had many amenities. I also liked the proximity of many fast food restaurants in the area and the gas station next door. The staff was very professional and attentive. Which is great when you are in a rush. My Hilton app wasn't working from home, but Mike at the front desk helped me troubleshoot it, and I was able to use my phone to get into my room or the pool area when I forgot the card. The breakfast had many options and ran for a good time from 7 to 10. There was plenty of parking. Use the Hilton app to book for free parking.

Location near Airport was nice - not a great neighborhood at all though. Was very happy when we arrived and saw a locked parking structure! (Was a bit disappointed when we saw people that night digging through the trash cans who had managed to get into the structure though. . . ) Great room, and great staff!
